Who You Talk To

You speak with an independent concrete provider in our network. Not with Plinbox Concrete. We make the introduction. The provider runs the visit, the quote and the job.

What Happens Next

First, you share your project details. Then a provider reaches out or answers your call. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies. They may ask about size, access, soil and the look you want. Some will offer a site visit before pricing.

Before the Visit

A little prep makes the first talk easier. Walk the site and take a few photos. Note where water collects after rain. Think about how you use the space, such as parking two cars or setting up a table and chairs. Write down your budget range and your hoped-for start time. Then share what you can.

What to Ask a Provider

Keep this list handy:

• Will you give me a written quote?
• How will you prepare and compact the base?
• How thick will the slab be, and will it have reinforcement?
• Where will the joints go?
• How will water drain away from the house?
• How long before I can walk or drive on it?
• What sealing and upkeep do you suggest?
• Can you share your license and insurance details?
• Who will be on site, and who do I call with questions?

Do and Do Not

Do compare at least two quotes.

Do get the scope in writing.

Do ask what is included, such as removal of old concrete and cleanup.

Do not pay the full amount up front.

Do not let anyone rush you to sign.

Do not pick a provider on price alone. A very low quote may skip steps like base prep.
