Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Email contact@plinbox.property and include:
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not resolve things, answer our email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
